Civil Rights Act of 1964:

Civil rights of 1964 is the labour laws of the united states which outlaws the discrimination of any person based on the sex, age, gender, race, nationality, colour etc.

Civil rights act of 1964 prohibits the unequal, partiality or discrimination of candidates during the employment, education, jobs and during other government benefits.

Because many people or candidates are discriminated during thier employment, jobs, education etc based on the sex, age, religion, nationality etc. In order to avoid such unethical activities at the different platforms US government have introduced the civil rights act of 1964 which avoid prohibits the discrimination in the manner as stated above.

The people who were discriminated based on the age, sex ,religion, race etc can directly file a complainant against any institution in order to give equal opportunities to all the citizens.
