Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 is the employment section of the act which includes the following:

1.    This is a federal law which prohibits employers from discriminating against employees on the basis of age, sex color, national origin, and religion.

2.    This act also applies to private colleges, universities and labor organization.

Norris - LaGuardia Act of 1932

1.    This act was passed in a time in which workers has no rights to organize anything.

2.    Courts issues injunctions or court orders against striking and picketing by workers and these injunction or court orders are issued on the basis of testimony by the employer, without giving any chance to the worker.

3.    If any worker is not cooperative than he/she were fined and jailed without any trail.
