To communicate the status of the project to the stake holders, the best strategy is visual communication. Visual communication means conveying messages and updating through webpages, signs and illustrations. For example, social media post. This technqiue is applicable when the number of stake holders are high. If the number of stake holders are few, verbal communication strategies such as meetings and phone calls can be used.
