For an inexperienced salesperson, there are many things, which he/she should keep in their mind while contacting their customers. The salesperson should have confidence in what he/she is saying, as it will positively impact the customers. The salesperson should be a good listener, as the customers may have queries related to the product he/she is introducing to the customers. He/she should listen to the customer's queries and try to solve it on the spot. Communication way is also essential to attract the customer's interest in the product, as the salesperson should try to communicate politely and gently, which will provide satisfaction to the customers while talking to the salesperson. He/She should also feel the customers' needs and desires, which will help him/her know the interest of the customers. If the salesperson is visiting the customers' doors, it will be an excellent opportunity for him/her to do direct selling by telling the advantages of their products to the customers. It will attract the customer's mind directly, which will lead to the sale of the product. It will also help the salesperson to feel motivated after interacting with their customers.
