Answer #1

Cognitive mechanisms reflect the way a person behaves emotionally, mentally and physically in different situations. There are many factors that develop cognitive abilities in both the right and wrong way and build a person over time and years. Thus, past negative experiences as a child, incidents that could have impacted learning and mental ability, abuse of any kind, an upset frame of mind etc. could all influence people to act in ways that can harm others. This is dangerous for the people and their environment.

However, responsible leadership can slowly and gradually help people overcome these challenges through constant practice, learning and feedback methodology. Also leaders can help with one on one sessions to help overcome fear and inabilities. Time and proper guidance is the key here, which becomes the responsibility of an effective leader to implement.

To state it another way, if it increases the Company's cost but does not increase profits, why should a company behave in a socially responsible manner? Laws and...
