Standard features of this dimension include high levels of thoughtfulness, good impulse control, and goal-directed behaviors. Highly conscientious people tend to be organized and mindful of details. They plan, think about how their behavior affects others, and are also conscious about the dimensions. This has its lime limits too in mind to develop the brand consciousness within a timeline for a business. Hence the dimensions of the work may be huge which may account for the stress based on the job levels of the employee in the process.

The more the level the job the more is the stress. Once one agrees to a specific dimension the outputs become easily recognized in the process. The agreeable dimensions related to the stress would be the process that one can take up in the best of process and form with the applied stress that they can take for the job.

Neuroticism, in psychology and development, a broad personality trait dimension representing the degree to which a person experiences the world as distressing, threatening, and unsafe. Hence, based on such conditions the stress is applied and mastered by the people in the job or business so that the stress is manageable and is not a cause which makes the neuroticism a part of the assessment. A person should not have such stress which makes them unwell and so based on the Neuroticism so that the case is high or low in any case.

However, people may be open to ideas and new opportunities so the stress may grow with this where the openness to stress would be good to consider while allocating them the experience. The people are open to learning more about the process which they are not competent upon to meet.  

The extraversion or the attitude of a person to take the risk is considered while giving one with a job. So if only the people who are open to taking such right risk or process adoption can only be motivated to take the process and the stress related to it up.
