Well, both of them contain fat, the lowest fat container is table spread with only 11% compared to the margarine's 17%. Now, both of them contain salt, being margarine the one with a slightly lower content of salt content. None of them has complex carbohydrate or cholesterol wo we will have to ignore those factors.

The best choice for Sunee is the table spread, it has a greater advantage in reducing fat consumption (6% of difference) than the disadvantage in salt consumption (only 1% of difference).
