If i were to recommend to a friend something they could do to decrease their chance of Alzheimer's, i would have recommended the following-
1- Very regular physical exercise.
2- The balanced diet is necessary- green vegetables, food stuff rich with omega-3 fatty acids and proteins.
3- Practise memory skills/ games.
4- No smoking.
5- Get more social/ gregarious.
6- Try to learn new things.
7- No alcohol.
8- Have a sound sleep.
