Restriction endonucleases are used to make slice of DNA with cohesive ends ( option is B). There are different types of restriction endonuclease or enzyme which cut the DNA into so many pieces. This enzyme is basically found in Prokaryotes defense mechanism to cutting the viral DNA and avoiding virus infection. But nowadays, modified restoration enzymes are used to cutting DNA in Biotechnology and improve the Biological Sciences. One restriction endonuclease can first recognized the DNA sequences and converted the DNA into pieces to cutting the specific site of the DNA.
