Organizatuional behaviour refers to the study of the act of individual working in an organizational structure the oeganizational behaviour includes, individual working attitude, this job performance or work behaviour within the organization structure and challenges for an organization is to how to coordinate the effort of the group working in the organization towards the attainment of overall companies goal and these organizational behaviour and challenge somewhere relates to the challenges, attitudes, motivation, communication, teams, power, leadership, conflict, organizational culture, job design and organizational structure-

The organizational behaviour directly impacts the working of the individual /Ross working within the organizational structure in the following manner-

  • Challenges- The organizational behaviour somewhere poses challenges in the manner od coordinating the effort and resources of the organization and the people working in order to achieve the set goals and objectives of the firm.
  • Attitudes- The Organizational behaviour relates to the attitude of the people who work within the organization structure as the attitude of the people working in the working may affect the working of the organization structure.
  • Motivation- The positive the behaviour of the organisation the more motivation it will create for the people who are working for the set goals of the firm by showing their best performance with their knowledge and experience.
  • Communication- The more open the behaviour of the organization the more effective will be the flow of the information within the organization structure and the better the communication the more effective will be its results.
  • Team- The success of an organization will ultimately depends on an effort of the team working together to achieve the set objectives and goals of the firm and the organizational behaviour can either create an effective team by combining and coordinating the effort of the available talent.
  • Power- The power depends on the organization behaviour as it can create more power within the working of the organization by motivating employees
  • Leadership- The organizational behaviour can create an effective leadership by leading the employees in the right direction and guideling them by providing them with necessary training required for their working.
  • Conflict- The negative behaviour prevailing within the organization structure can create conflict within the people
  • Organizational culture- The organizational deal with the diversity of people that work for the organization and by understanding the diversity of their culture through an effective organizational behaviour may create an effective and positive culture.
  • Job design- Organizational behaviour may result in designing the effective job by matching the right work with the right available talent within the organization so that it can achieve productivity within its operation

All these factors of the organisation may impact the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization by impacting on the overall productivity of the organization either in a positive way or in a negative way depending on the behaviourial pattern of the Ross dress organization
