Answer 1. Eveline is about a 19 year old teenager who resides in Dublin. She is a young irish women and has an abusive father and is struck by poverty. She decides to leave her home with her lover named Frank. She wanted to live a stress free and beautiful life with her lover and thus leaves dublin for Buenos Ares.
Answer 2. The story begins in dublin at Evline’s window and ends there only. Major part of the story is in Dublin. The story is narrated from Evlyn’s point of view.
Answer 3. The main conflict was that Evlyn wanted to free herself from the religious and family responsibilities. She wanted to live a free life like a bird. She fails to resolve this issue because she is paralysed and the story ends at evlyn sitting back at her hone window.
Answer 4. The protagonist of the story is 19 year old Evlyn and antagonist is her father Mr. Hill.
