give a example of situational leadership theory.
Situational leadership is a type of leadership where the leader makes changes to his leadership style in order to get adjusted to his followers and the needs of the organization. The example of situational leadership is: A person is a natural servant leader and he considered the opinions of all the team members to make any decisions. All the team members will be treated equally and he is leading the team by example. But the followers are changing and they are getting more inclined towards transactional leadership where the good work should be appreciated and the bad work should be punished. So in this situation, the natural servant leader will have to become a transactional leader in order to lead that team and also to remain the leader of that team.
