from network diagram, we find that critical path is Start - A - C -F - End, where, we can crash critical activities first, as current project duration is 8 weeks and we need to reduce that to 5 weeks, Activity A should be reduced by 2 weeks and Duration of Activity A would be zero, Activity C can be reduced by 1 weeks, duration of activity C would be 3 weeks and Duration of Activity B need not to be reduced
