The staff hired, goes through the behavioral and cultural training programme that is designed to make the new staff adapt to the diversified cultural needs of the organisation. It helps the person develop into a team player and earn reciprocal respect and understanding for each other. While doing so, the specific function identifies skill gaps im the newly hired person and customer training is given to become ready to work and perform as per the expectations. The performance is also tracked and encouraged my strategies such as MBO to help the staff achieve standard performance level over a period of time.
As far as the legal requirement is concerned, the company follows labour laws, fair pay regulations, EEOC guidelines and title vII Of civil rights act, 1964. It helps company prevent any scope of discrimination and promote diversity by creating opportunity for everyone. Regarding, ethical requirement, Company follows utilitarian approach in its decisions regarding diversity. So, it maintains the best standards everywhere even if there are lesser legal requirements.
