  • SEX: NOT GIVING SOMEONE PROPER WORK OR RENUMERATION ON THE BASIS OF SEX , IT WAS MOSTLY SEEN IN THE CASE OF WOMEN OR TRANSGENDERS
  • SEXUAL ORIENTATION: PEOPLE WITH DIFFERENT SEXUAL ORIENTATION HAVE BEEN DISCRIMINATED A LOT ESECIALLY FROM 1970'S TO 1990'S
  • NOWADAYS PEOPLE OF DIFFERENT COLORS EXPECIALLY IMMIGRANTS IN USA FEEL ENDANGERED DUE TO DISCRIMINATION THAT THEY FEEL ON A DAILY BASIS  
  • PEOPLE OFTEN DISCRIMINATE OTHER BECAUSE THEY ARE SCARED OF THEM OR THEY ALREADY HAVE A MADE UP MIND THAT THEY WILL HARM OTHERS
  • WE HAVE TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE FEELS SAFE AND THEY DONT FEEL UNSECURE OR SECLUDED
  • ANY KIND OF HARASSMENT,SEXUAL HARASSMENT,DISCRIMINATION, OR BULLYING SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED

MAINLY SUCH DISCRIMINATION LAWS ARE DERIVED FROM THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT ,1964

MAINLY THE 4TH AND 5TH AMMENDMENT ACTS AS A BARRIER FOR THE DISCRIMINATION , AS THE GOVERNMENT(STATE OR FEDERAL) ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DISCRIMINATE ON ANY BASIS WHETHER IT BE CASTE ,SEX, RELIGION, COLOR ETC

ONE OF THE LAWS THAT HAVE AFFECTED THE ISSUE IS

EQUAL PAY ACT : IT STOPS THE VARIATION OOF RENUMERATION OF EMPLOYEE ON THE BASIS OF SEX BUT NOT IN THE CASE OF HIRING

REHABILITATION ACT : IT PREVENTS DISCRIMINATION ACTS THOSE WITH PHYSICAL DISABILITIES AND THEY GIVE THE ORGANIZATION OPPURTUNITIES TO IMPORVE SUCH BEHAVIOUR
