(A) The condition associated with physical inactivity is SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE which cause many health implications including Anxiety,cardiovascular diease, breast cancer, colon cancer, Depression,Diabetes, gout and lipid disorder etc:-

(B) The barriers that most of the population in the world faxes are lack of time, sometimes lack self motivation,no enough time to exercise,lack support,encouragement and lack of management skills

(C) One strategy that person can implement to overcome the specific barrier is for lack of time is put the time slots in routine and try to monitor the daily activities for at least one month in every 12 hr of time slot, also add some physical activity like walk,ride,organising events and exercise while watching t.v,sometimes jogging can overcome the physical inactivity.
