Comments: In lane-1 the known molecular marker of size 0.5kb to 5.0 kb was run along with unknown size of molecules in lane-2 (A, B and C). The size of unknown molecules can be determined with the corresponding size of the known molecular markers run in lane-1. Band-B is the smallest among all unknown band lies between 0. To 1 Kb (more towards the 1Kb band that is less than 1.0 but more then 0.5, so the only one value that is 0.8Kb). Similarly Band-C is lie between 1.5 and 2.0 Kb (closer to 2.0Kb) so the value is 1.9Kb. Further, the band-A is parallel to 4.0 Kb band so its size should be of 4.0Kb.
