Answer #1

first small subunit of the ribosome binds to the mRNA then it scans along the mRNA and reaches the start codon then initiator tRNA carrying the methionine basepairs with the start codon, then the large subunit of the ribosome binds the initiator tRNA is at the P site of the ribosome, then the tRNA carrying the second amino acid binds to the A site then a peptide bond forms between amino acids of the initiator tRNA and the amino acid on the tRNA at the A site, then the tRNA at the P site moves to the E site and the tRNA from the A site moves to P site, now the dipeptide is attached to the tRNA at the P site, then new tRNA carrying the third amino acid binds to A site, peptide bond forms between new amino acid and the polypeptide chain and the process continous

so the order is

4) small ribosomal subunit binds with mRNA,

1) An aminoacyl tRNA binds to the A site.

2) a peptide bond forms between the new amino acid and a polypetide chain

5) tRNA translocated to the P site ( tRNA from A site moves to P site, then the tRNA from the P site moves to E site)

3) tRNA leaves P site the P site remains vaccant.

so the answer is E) 4,1,2,5,3
