BREAKFAST:

· 2 Large Eggs with 1 or 2 servings of mixed vegetables (Spinach & Carrot)

· 1 cup milk

· 2 turkey sausage

· 5-10 overnight Soaked Almonds

· Cottage cheese, low-fat

· 3 slice whole-wheat bread

· Yogurt

LUNCH:

· Large vegetable salad

· 6 ounces of salmon, grilled, broiled, or baked

· 1/2 cup regular cottage cheese

· 1 Glass Juice (Orange)

SNACK:

            ·15 Almonds or Pumpkin seeds

DINNER:

· Vegetable soup with black soybeans

· Grilled Chicken

· whole-wheat bread

· Beans,lentils and Cooked Amaranth leaves

· Poached Egg

· Yogurt
