Answer #1

Riboflavin status can be assessed by erythrocyte glutathione reductase activity test is considered more sensitive result because if the dietary intake of the patient contains vitamin then, it will impact the urinary riboflavin excretion (the other test). It means urinary riboflavin excretion is sensitive to vitamin diet and the enzyme activity test is not.

pls help, ty ELISA Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbant Assay ELISA is a rapid test used for detecting or quantifying antibody (Ab) binding against viruses, bacteria and other materials or antigens (Ag). Can detect antibody antigen interaction. 96-well plates are made of polystyrene and are coated with either antigen or antibody. The function of the plate has to hold the immobilized either antigen or antibody. Legend for diagram below: Ag = antigen E = enzyme Substrate interacts with enzyme to allow colorimetric detection...

answer whatever u can please Of the following choices, the best way to determine the activity of an enzyme is: A. Calculate the Vmax and of the Vmax activity OB. Plot substrate concentration on the x-axis and amount of product formed on the y-axis. The slope-rate. OC. Determine the activation energy (Ea) without the enzyme and then measure the Ea with the enzyme added. The difference in free energy is the activity D. #3 One of the most common ways of measuring intelligence is the IQ test. IQ scores in the US population have an average of µ = 100 and a standard deviation of σ = 15. Suppose a researcher wanted to test whether socioeconomic status (SES) has an effect on IQ scores. The researcher takes a random sample of n = 100 people, selected from a list of the 1000 richest people in the United States. a. Based on this information,...

A researcher has developed an experiment to measure the activity of an important liver enzyme. She adds the substrate for the enzymatic reaction to the dish of cells, then measures the appearance of the reaction products. The results are graphed as the amount of product on the y axis versus time on the x axis. The researcher noted four sections of the graph. For a short period of time, no products appeared (section A). In section B, the reaction rate...
