9 . PCR final product from small RNA sequencing primer to multiplexing index read sequencing primer , it is nothing but a mixture of DNA of variable lengths.

10. Gel electrophoresis is employed to separate biological molecules by size . It is done by placing the same in gel with small pores and creating electric field across the gel. The molecules move faster / slower based on their respective sizes and electric charges.

11. The capillary tube is filled with buffer solution. ( It contains proteolytic enzymes that degrades the cell wall)

12. DNA fragments are ofcourse negatively charged that makes them move towards the positive electrode( once electric field is created across the gel) DNA fragments possess same amount of charge/ mass , so small fragments does move faster than large ones.
