Answer #1

The RNA containing tune has greater biomass. Because we know that DNA and RNA is made up of nucleotides.

The nucleotide is made up of :

* sugar: The sugar is differ in DNA and RNA.

* nitrogenous base: it is found same in the sequence.

* phosphate group: same in both DNA and RNA.

Now the sugar is differ because of presence of oxygen.

The DNA contains deoxyribose sugar in which oxygen is not found at the 3' C. There is found only Hydrogen but in case of RNA, there is found hydroxyl group. There is found greater mass in RNA tube because of additional oxygen in case of RNA.

That's why RNA containing tube has higher mass as compared to DNA.
