Same question for preparing a 0.4 mM solution of a peptide with molecular weight of 1565.8 g/mol in 0.1 M MOPS? I dont understand how the buffer can have a different concentration than final solution but be used to make the solution?
In this question you need two solutions, 0.1 M MOPS and 6 mM ZnCl.
So, in distilled water you will add MOPS and ZnCl according to the required weight.
Similarly, you can prepare the other solution. Instead of ZnCl, take 0.4 mM of peptide.
