Answer- My parents taught about manners that manners are very important and we should know how to behave in public and also how should we behave with our peers, elders and juniors etc.
I think yes, we should be civil to those who come in contact with us because then we would be empathetic and kind towards others .
Entitlement mentality means that people want to take the entitlement of all the good work and consequences that happens and stays away from the negative consequences of any action . And we don't appreciate the hard work and sacrifices of others . Example - I made a good presentation in my class with my peers and in the end it was successful and I took all the credits without appreciating others and I told everyone that I alone did all the hard work .
