% of saturated fats = [(5gm/cup) *1 / (244gm milk) *1 cup * 100 = 2.05 %

% of total carbs = [(12gm/cup) *1 / (244gm milk) *1 cup * 100 = 4.92 %

% of total protein = [(8gm/cup) *1 / (244gm milk) *1 cup * 100 = 3.28 %

amount of water present is = [244 - (fat+carbs+protein)] gm

=(244- 28)gm

=216gm

% of water in one cup of milk= [(216gm/cup) *1 / (244gm milk) *1 cup * 100 = 88.52 %
