Gender equality is an essential need of the society and it must be implemented in order to bring social change in a positive way. All of these three theories address gender equality in their own ways.
Equal access opines that both gender must get same opportunities and same access to privileges. No gender should be discriminated and there shouldn't be any inequality of salary or job opportunities for any gender.
Equal value theory opines that no gender should be belittled and both must be valued equally. Both gender deserves equal respect and dignity. Both must be treated in ways which will acknowledge their worth and none should be treated as having lesser value than the other.
Equal sharing model opines that both men and women must share equal responsibilities at home and outdoors. Thus, it must not be the sole responsibility of women to do the domestic works and similarly it must not be the sole responsibility of men to earn. Thus, both must share their responsibilities in order to have a balance.
All of these three theories are equally important in creating social change but still the theory which is most effective is the equal value theory. This is because when we start valuing both genders equally and stop belittling one, the other solutions falls at their place and change starts to occur. Thus, people just start genuinely valuing both gender equally in order to create a better world.
