S(t) = -16t 2 + v​​​​​​0 t + s​​​​​​0

As the ball is projected from ground level so initial height = 0 = S​​​​​​0

Height of ball after 2 sec

S(2) = -16(2)2 + 112(2) = 160 feet --- Answer

To get maximum height dS(t) / dt

= -32t + vo = 0

32t = 112 or t = 3.5 sec

At t = 3.5 sec height S(3.5) = -16(3.5)2 +112(3.5)

=  196 feet ---- Answer

When ball will reach ground s =0

0 = -16t 2 +112t

16 t 2 = 112t

t = 0 and at t = 7 sec ---- Answer

So t = 7 sec ball will reach ground
