20. Most large organizations have used transformational leaders to institute the necessary changes that the organization needs to adapt in order to survive. What makes transformation leadership so successful?

Transformational leadership

Transformational leadership is impactful in the change management and in the situation when the organization needs to change its strategy. This leadership style adds value to organizational change. Moreover, it helps to retain organizational flow when it surpasses the changing process. The changing process includes unfreeze, freeze and refreeze. Thus, transformational leadership is adopted by the organizations to survive in the changing process. The factors which make the transformational leadership successful are as follows:

  • The transformational leadership helps to reduce the turnover costs
  • Transformational leadership helps to develop productivity when the organization is surpassing transition period
  • Transformational leadership is capable to formulate a corporate vision
  • It helps to create enthusiasm among both the leaders and employees
  • Transformational leadership is capable to maintain excellent organizational communication
  • Transformational leadership is effective in maintaining organizational ethics
  • This leadership helps to improve the individual potential of each employee
  • It improves the motivational level of the employees

The success factor of the transformational leadership also lays in controlling the human resource activities. It helps to distribute the organizational tasks according to the organizational tasks according to the designations of the employees. Moreover, transformational leadership manages the organizational behavior and upholds the performance expectations of the employees.
