Four characteristics of a good strong hypothesis:
Simplicity
A hypothesis should be simple. The researcher should have more insight into the problem. A complex hypothesis is a difficult one to understand.
Clarity
A hypothesis must have a clear conception. There shouldn't be any misleading information. The terms that are used in the hypothesis should be easy and understood by everyone.
Testability
This is a very important point. A good hypothesis should be tested. After being observed and verified, It should be formulated.
Relevant to Problem
A hypothesis should be related to the problem. Since the hypothesis will be guiding and helping in solving the problem.
