Which scenario do think is the most likely to lead to malignancy and Cancer? Assume K-Ras and TSC1/2 in these scenarios are wild-type.

a. a mutation in SOS that eliminates its interaction with K-Ras

b. a mutation in TSC1/2 that eliminates its interaction with RheB

c. a mutation in GAP that causes it to be always associated with K-Ras

d. none of these could lead to Cancer

C. A mutation in GAP that causes it to be always associated with k-Ras.

( As k-Ras and TSC1/2 are wild type, so no mutation in these gene. But mutation in upstream or downstream of it like, GAP mutation induced the pathway always active and leads to cancer.)
