Ans- Queen Elizabeth when crowned all the world were suffering from second world war. At that time there was great need of such leader who can save Britain's glory. Queen exhibit following leadership traits:
• Servant leadership style: She declare that her work will be treated as services, and treat other's work in the same way.
• Adopting change: She believes in embracing change that is bountiful for the nation. In her reign England faced many changes, and retained it's glory.
• Curious mind: Like a child she doesn't shy to ask questions. This is very good for a leader too. As her inquisitive mind make her aware from surrounding and events, that help her in gathering knowledge, hence in taking decisions.
• Clarity: Her clarity in purpose can be understood by her statement which she delivered at her time of coronation. She said" I declare before you all that my whole life whether it be long or short shall be devoted to your service and the service of our great imperial family to which we all belong."
There are several reasons due to which I think that many highly educated, intelligent, competent people followed her and put their trust in her:
• She believes in respect and be respected. Due to this all the above stated people who either respected by her or not, respect and followed her.
• On behalf of royal family she started to give award to persons who worked in distinctive manner in their field.
• The above stated people get their position by dint of hard work. These people get very impressed with person who believes in hard work. Queen believes in hard work and what the same from others.
