tumor suppressor gene (anti oncogene) - is responsible for regulations of cell division and replication. when this gene is mutated cell grows uncontrollably and result in neoplasia.

Due to this mutation which is usually recessive, there is reduction in function.

Transgene - A transgene is a gene transferred from.one organism to other naturally or by artificial means. It is nothing to do with tumor genesis.

Virus -virus is an infectious agent what can only reproduce inside other living cells.
