Here milk is the diluent,

Dilution factor= (aliquot vol + diluent vol)/aliquot vol

1000= (1.5uL+ diluent vol)/1.5uL

(1000 x 1.5)- 1.5= diluent volume

diluent volume= 1498.5uL

Add 1498.5uL of 1% milk to the 1.5uL antibody provided to you.
