Ans: Onepay: the term one pay is defined as a single time payment which is done for any purchase. For example: In an organization, the employee is one pay, it means the amount (salary) is credited to his account every month for only one time.

Here are some points on employee benefits issue for flexible work schedules:

• In a flexible work schedules the employee can work for particular hours in order to achieve their company goals.

• Since they have control over that time they can easily meet their family expectations.

• Nowadays most of the businesses are under flexible work schedules only.

Compressed Workweek: The compressed Workweek is defined as the working hours of an employee under flexible work schedules. The employees will work double triple and triple times as per their normal working schedule. It is called a compressed work week.

-> The telecommunication is also a job responsibility, where an employee will work under 8 to 7 hours a day to fulfill their job role.

Hence, a job is very important in everyone's life. Everyone (employee) need to work hard in order to achieve their company goals. For every job, there will be fixed scheduled, if we need to work hard with a passion to achieve a goal.
