Any act by him is against the ethical codes. For example if a person is in financial problems he will go to the extent of stealing knowing that it is an act of immorality but only is concerned about what he wants and his welfare. He is not worried about it affects the other person or the society. These kind of people are always in trouble with the law.

Amoral is one who does an activity without profound knowledge if its correct or incorrect, against law or ground breaking rules.Such people will not fear as they do not know if their act is right or wrong.
