My experience in my first interview was very good and informative. The interview was for a growing fashion brand in KSA known as FLAIR. The organization is growing in the fashion industry in KSA markets and hence was a dream to be a part of that organization. I was asked about my profile in the interview along with other questions related directly to my job profile and then subsequent questions on why to join the organization. The interview was very smooth and the interviewer was very polite and supportive. Thus my experience of the first interview was very good.

My first job in the same company was of a trainee initially for a period of 6 months and then was the permanent employment with the company. The job involved the administration handling of the office and management of the regional office assets. The responsibility involved all the administrative tasks within the organization like booking the conference halls, managing the attendances and monthly salary disbursements. These were some of the tasks involved in my job. The experience was very good and learnings from the experience were very helpful for me to grow in my career and it helped me develop myself as a better person in the administration department in terms of quality of work.

Hence, this is the overview of my first interview and job experience in the administrative department of FLAIR which is a growing company in KSA in the fashion industry.
