Well why do the good suffer because the no. Of evils is higher and you can't cope every situation just by being nice and good.
The good always has this tendency to progress and let others be a part of it or help them grow, what eventually happens is the same good person and his intentions are crushed and others grow using their potential, simplest reason being the good puts others first, helps them before helping themselves.
This the answer to why but the major part is to stop taking the bads and feeling low and bad over and over again and again.
