The most significant changes that I have observed during my work life are those of introduction of diversity at workplace. This has pulled in many ladies in higher positions. Earlier the high posts were reserved for the men but this will bring equal opportubities for all working in the organization. There is also increased focus on diversity with regards to caste and creed or religion or even nationality. This diversity brings in fresh perspectives for the people as well as Thanks.
