Movie Whiplash is about the story of a young drummer. His name is Andrew. Fletcher is his instructor. He has terrifying and unusual teaching method. The instructor tests the ability of Andrew to his limits.

He tries to utilize each and every aspects of Andrew. Fletcher has unconventional methods of teaching. His actions are beyond the level of reasonable boundaries. Sometimes his actions also seem to be insensitive.

Instructor has an abusive nature also. Fletcher is not ready to accept anything. He just want best tune. He has a harsh temperament which makes his relation with any of his student a bitter relation. He believes that his harsh methods help his students to come out with their level best efficiency.

He takes his actions as totally justified. He is abusive and violent also. He throws chairs on his students. He is manipulative and aggressive also. He become charming according his own will. He just want to prove that he is the in-charge of his band.

His behavior has power to transform the students. This transformation may take place in negative manner. His leadership style can not be justified in moral and ethical ways. He is basically a servant leader.

He can not be considered as a charismatic leader. His leadership styles are also not authentic. He just creates a sense of fear and tries to use an aura in which every student feels afraid of him. He can not be considered as a genuine person.
