1) In order to be active and be successful in sports, the components which are required is physical fitness, agility and also a high level of mental determination. In addition to this a work ethic, discipline and ability to build interpersonal relationships are required to succeed in a sports or physical endurance related vocation. The motor skills which are required are: a) Agility b) Flexibility c) Quick response times and d) High level of dexterity

2) Physical education not only helps in improving the physical fitness but it also leads to a development of work ethic and greater sense of discipline. It leads to good bonding among atheletes and as a result a sense of teamwork and ability to work with others is also inculcated. Due to this a sense of togetherness is achieved and an organizational culture also develops leading to achievement of collective objectives. It also enables personnel to focus on the holistic picture rather than just focussing on individual aspirations.

3) Physical education improves fitness, ability to work in a team and also enables people to learn new things. Thus it proves physical, cognitive and social aspects of one's personality as it leads to exercise of not only body but mind also and also encourages people to develop good interpersonal relations in order to grow themselves and acheive success.
