As we know, America is the most diverse country in the world, because people came here from all over the world for opportunities and dreams. The American military becomes diverse due to the inclusion of almost every race and religion. The diversity in American military came with some pros and cons, the diverse military shows humanistic approach towards society and cannot be brutal like Nazis but diversity influenced ideological differences which are not essential for a professional security agency.

In my opinion, the cultural, gender and ideological diversity is a good factor for any group or agency because military must be sensitive about the indigenous culture and traditions as well as external affairs to become more professional.
