2.Mutual Respect: Each member of the team has to respect each other's opinions. There should be equal opportunity for everyone to voice their opinions. When one member of the team is saying something the other members should listen to them. In case of any disagreement in the opinion, the reasons can be discussed politely. 3.Identification of strengths and weaknesses: Each member of the team knows their personal strength and weaknesses. If a particular member is not proficient in a particular task, it can be handed over to someone else so that the team runs smoothly. For eg: During resuscitation, if a particular nurse is not proficient in inserting an intravenous cannula, he or she can give the task to someone else more proficient in the same.
4.Communication skills and good interpersonal relationships: There should be good communication and interpersonal relationship for effective teamwork.
5. Reflection and Feedback: After each and every teamwork, there should be a discussion regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the teamwork, so that each member understands their weaknesses and works to develop themselves on them. Also, they should be appreciated for their good work, so that their morale will be boosted.
