High protein diet which contain more amount of protein and less carbohydrate such as egg, almond, oats, chicken, cottage cheese, yogurt, milk etc

High protein diet may increase risk of diseases like heart disease, liver damage , kidney damage, osteoporosis.

High protein diet may worsen kidney function in person with kidney disease bcoz body may have trouble eliminating all waste products of protein metabolism. However it doesn't cause much damage to healthy kidney.

High protein diet effect liver if some other liver disease is already present like cirrhosis. But doesn't have much effect on Liver of healthy person.

High protein diet also effects bones. High protein causes change in blood acidity. Which accelerate osteoporosis by depleting calcium from bones.

There are some negative outcomes of high protein diet but they are temporary doesn't have much effect. Like headache, bad breath, weakness, muscle cramps, fatigue, skin rash, constipation etc these are some negative effects of high protein diet.

But there are some positive outcome of high protein diet like if a person is lean or thin if he takes high protein diet it build lean or muscles, increase muscle mass, boosts metabolism of body.and increase fat burning. Help and maintain weigh loss and also reduce appetite.

After learning so much about high protein diet, their positive and negative my opinion is that we should have a balanced diet which contain adequate amount of protein, carbohydrate,, fat, fibers. Balanced diet maintain our metabolism and makes our body healthy.
