  • Increased organisation flexibility and decision making should be more wise and logical as compare to earlier.
  • Establish to achieve goals more quicker and logical.
  • Employee have more authority and autonomy to take decisions in more systematic and logical manner.
  • More authority to take quicker and wise decision.
