Getting black puppies from albinos are not possible provided if they are pure-breeding strains. But if the albinos were developed from a mutation in two different genes then there are chances in getting black puppies.
A/A; b/b (Albino 1) X a/a; B/B (Albino 2)
The progeny obtained is as follows:
A/a; B/b
These heterozygous offspring could develop black color because of complementation.
