Microsatellites:
Microsatellites in genetic analysis are loci for population in several reasons. They are present throughout the genome.

In the three individuals tested above, we see that the individual 3 is heterozygous for three microsatellites. The three microsatellites are 1, 3, and 4. If we observe the individuals 1 and 2, the individual 1 has no heterozygous loci at all.
Similarly, the individual 2 is heterozygous for two microsatellites, while the individual 3 is heterozygous for 3 microsatellites.
Hence, the individual with the most heterozygous loci is individual 3 and the individual with the fewest number of heterozygous loci is individual 1.
