1. Four phases of community analysis

           * Catagorization

                        * Data analysis is conducted for analysing the data and formulate conclusions in

                          catagorization we analyse collected data and catagorize into different groups or

                           classes for better understanding and summerization.

                                 Eg; Data collected about cardiac problems of people in the a specific area divided

                                         into cardiac problems of women and men in that area.

             * Summerization

                          *It is the process of sum up the main informations collected during data collection

                            for effective analysis of data.summerization of data can done with the help of charts

                            graphs and tables etc.

                     Eg; Summerize cardiac problems of women and men in two coloumns.

       * Comparison

                      In comparison all collected datas about a topic or situvation compared with set of

                      standards for understanding effectiveness and accuracy of data.good comparison

                      help to better evaluvation of data.

                              Eg; Compare cardiac problems of women and men in this year with previous year.

      * Inference elaboration

                       It is the process of making conclusions and evaluvate facts,validity and strength of data.

                       Eg; Evaluvation of health related data collected from people in the community.

2. Nursing diagnosis developed using community analysis

               * Nursing diagnosis can develop based on explanation about the problem and identification

                  of causes and related factors which leads to particular problem.

               * Summarized information of community analysis useful to make effective community

                  nursing diagnosis.

                      Eg; Use cardiac health related informations collected from women and men in specific

                             area like their life style,health habits,knowledge level,exercise patttern etc to develop

                             community nursing diagnosis.

                           ( Risk of developing more cardiac problems related to improper dietry practices

                              of both men and women in that geographical area,)
