My topic is Bakery and coffee shop. I have choose this topic because opening a coffee shop can be extremely profitable. Pass by any busy specialty coffee shop and it will likely be full of customers enjoying coffee, espresso, lattes, teas, and a variety of pastries and other goodies. Serving quality coffees and snacks in a trendy, relaxing atmosphere is a hugely successful business model.

1. Mission

Provide clients the finest quality products and service in the most efficient time and provide for them a unique opportunity to relax in a comfortable environment.

2. Objectives

Objectives for the first year of operations are to:

• Become the winner in the “Best New Coffee Shop in the City” contest in the local magazine.
• Develop a gross margin of 50% or more.
• Earn profits from the first quarter of operations.

My plan to complete it successfully:

1. Purchasing a franchise, in which case most of the major business decisions will be made for you. For a franchise fee, you will be provided with a turnkey business in a location selected by the provider of the franchise.
