1)As a general rule, at least 45 minutes of moderate physical activities in a day should be performed for keeping physically fit .

Yes, we follow this to keep us physically fit.

2) Moderate - intensity physical activity is that activity in which the person has to move fast enough or strenuously enough to burn off three to six times as much energy per minute as we can do when we are sitting quietly or exercises that clock in at 3 to 6 metabolic equivalents or METs. Examples :- Brisk walking, Tennis doubles, Playing Bad minton etc.

Yes, we can exercise at this level.

3) Aerobic exercises help to improve the following health issues.These are as follows :-

- It helps to reduce weight .

- Increase our body stamina, fitness and strength.

- It helps us to fight with viral infections by increasing our immune system.

- It also strengthen our heart by keeping the arteries clean.

- It also boost our mind by reducing tension , anxiety.

4) Types of aerobic activities are as follows :-

- Cycling

- Swimming

- kickboxing

- Running

- Walking

- Aquarobics

- Rowing

- Spinning

I participate in Cycling.
