Cultural change in health system is necessary to deliver desired improvement in the quality and performance in the health sector organisations.It can only be improved if an oragaorganis has culturally well trained competent management staffs, practitioners and non clinical staff such as nurses, ward boy , laboratory attendents, reception staffs. Cultural change in health system is directly related to organizational performance by teamwork, affiliation and coordination among all staffs.
Behavioral risk factors such as lack of physical exercises, excessive alcohol consumption, smoking , high calories intake are the leading causes of many non- communicable diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, obesity , obstructive lung diseases such as COPD ( Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) which are deterimentle for the society .Thus healthy behaviours such as regular exercises, smoking cessation , reduced alcohol consumption help in improving the quality of life and prevent from these non- communicable diseased conditions.
